You've probably asked yourself "What percentage of my total sales and/or profits are represented by a particular product, brand, supplier or product category?" The "Sales Reports Pro" module answers this question and many others.

BENEFIT FROM NEARLY 15 PRE-FORMATTED ACCOUNTING REPORTS

The "Sales Reports Pro" module lets you generate different types of pre-formatted reports with all the accounting data you need: reports on orders, products, customers, profits, VAT, credit notes and much more! For example, to help you calculate VAT by country (following the 2021 European reform), we've included a report that displays all sales made in a given country. This allows you to easily calculate the exact amount of tax to be paid to the corresponding states.

"Sales Reports Pro" helps you make better decisions about your products, brands and suppliers. Thanks to the conclusions you can draw from these reports, you can adapt the choice of products available in your catalog, send rewards to your most profitable customers, or implement targeted and relevant marketing actions.

All reports can be viewed on-screen in HTML format for simple consultation, or exported in PDF or CSV format for spreadsheet editing or accounting software import.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

NEARLY 15 TYPES OF PRE-FORMATTED ACCOUNTING REPORTS AVAILABLE

• A "Full" report: displays all accounting data per order
  
  
• A "Basic" report: displays key accounting data per order
  
  
• A "Products" report: displays accounting data per product (or product combination) sold: quantity sold, sales excluding VAT, VAT collected, profits and margins, contribution of each product to total sales or profits (proportion expressed in %), etc... This report can help you identify the most profitable products in your shop. A breakdown by product combination is available as well as a display of product images. You can also display only products subject to a certain VAT rate, to facilitate your declarations.
  
  
• A "Categories" report: same principle as the "Products" report, but grouped by category
  
  
• A "Brands" report: same principle as the "Products" report, but grouped by brand
  
  
• A "Suppliers" report: same principle as the "Products" report, but grouped by supplier
  
  
• A "Sales by country" report: displays accounting data per order placed in a specific country. This report lets you find out in just one click the sales made in a given country, the profits generated or the amount of VAT collected in that country.
  
  
• A "Customers" report: displays accounting data per customer. This is a CRM oriented report: average cart, number of orders placed, products ordered, reported sales, profits and margins per customer, etc... Use the "Customers" report to quickly identify your most profitable customers!
  
  
• "Credit Notes", "Shipping credit notes" and "Product credit notes by VAT rate" reports: To be as accurate as possible from an accounting point of view, these reports summarize your customers' credit notes and refunds, according to various criteria.
  
  
• A "Profits and margins" report: summarizes the profits and margins generated by each order.
  
  
• "VAT" and "VAT on products" reports: summarizes the various VAT amounts (VAT on products, discounts, eco-participation, etc.) collected per order.

• for the "Customers" report: you can also filter by customer groups

In addition, reports can be sorted on the data of your choice, in ascending or descending order.
